Since discovering you can just buy poke sauce in bottles I'm not sure I'll be reaching for this reguilarly, but here it is for the record.
Ingredients
I wouldn't worry too much about the quantities listed here. I got all the ratios wrong when I made it - way too much sriracha and sesame oil - and it worked out fine; just do what feels / tastes right.
- 70ml soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (mirin)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Method
Just whisk it together man.
